As the first step, please contact us to set up a meeting at our office to discuss your potential project. We will dialog about your ideas, goals, priorities, budget, and timeframe for completion.
Next, we will collaborate on concept drawings that take into account your ideas, site conditions, and investment range. At this time, we will also familiarize you with our Integrated Project Delivery Map.
Depending on the scope, timeframe, and your preference, we can provide in-house design services or work in conjunction with your architect. To begin this phase, we offer our Preconstruction Services Agreement, and this takes us from concept to reality.
Armed with the project master plan produced during our preconstruction services, it’s time to break ground and bring life to your dream.
